Refunds are not issued for services that have already been delivered.

Clients may cancel their services with 30 days' written notice.
If cancellation occurs after the start of a billing cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Odyssey Management is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication may result in account suspension.
